How to measure your PD

PD is the distance between the centres of your pupils, in millimetres. It tells us where to put the optical centre of each lens.

PD 63 mm RIGHT LEFT
Measure centre to centre, looking straight ahead at something far away.
  1. 1Look for PD on your prescription or your optician’s receipt. It is often next to the axis or at the bottom.
  2. 2One number, like 63, is your full PD. Use it as is.
  3. 3Two numbers, like 31.5 / 31.5, are each eye from the centre of your nose. Enter both at checkout, or add them below.
